I wrote about the very rare Thai Actioner DARK DAY EXPRESS a while back and thanks to a nice Cinehound member I've finally got a dvdr of it now (which also includes the trailer). This upload is from Knetan and obviously he got the same copy as I did as it sports the "Filmark Sample" logo (in fact the whole film has the damn logo plastered onto it!). The film is good fun. Fred Anderson has just done a massive interview with the big German actor Christoph Klueppel who was in quite a few Thai films including this one and also IN GOLD WE TRUST, THE LOST IDOL, MISSION HUNTER 1 & 2, and SATANIC CRYSTALS.
Oh, and when you watch this trailer you might wanna enjoy the letterboxed format! The screener copy is unfortunately fullscreen! :(

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately you might have a hard time locating a copy! It's out on a very rare Greek vhs (I've only heard of ONE collector who has it) and aside for the Spanish dubbed tape (which is also mega rare) I don't think there are other versions. Well, apart from the Screener copy that I've got. LOL.
