More shopping tips!

The cool Japanese VHS for INTRUSION CAMBODIA is on eBay! Go here. The seller is in Japan and the auction runs another 22 hrs.

Another auction for a trashy war flick is over at Spiral who has Leandro Lucchetti's GETTING EVEN (aka Super Commander) up for grabs. Almost 6 days to go.

Bruno Mattei's very entertaining BORN TO FIGHT on Japanese VHS. Go here. 6 days to go.

DEATH BOND: Filipino actioner starring Nick Nicholson and Henry Strzalkowski. Very rare. For screen grabs go here. For the auction go here. Greek tape, PAL format.

COBRA THUNDERBOLT on Greek VHS. Auction here. Greek tape, PAL format. 6 days to go.

And finally a film that by no means is a trashy war movie but certainly is trashy is Godfrey Ho's SCORPION THUNDERBOLT starring Richard Harrison! Of all the cut & paste Harrison movies this is by far one of the (two) best! The Japanese tape is a beaut! (yes, I've got a copy myself). Go here.

NB: I'm not the owner of any of these auctions, and the sellers are not aware of my links.

  1. Cheers for the heads up on Born to Fight; that and Robowar are the main two Mattei flicks that are alluding my on VHS so far.

  2. You're welcome. And if you don't necessarily have to have the Japanese ROBOWAR you can pick up the Greek tape from the seller who has DEATH BOND and COBRA THUNDERBOLT tapes! :D

However, you might wanna wait for the Japanese tape to emerge. It's it definitely the better tape!

  5. Born To Fight was also released in the UK under the title of Mayhem. I have the fabulous Japanese Tape as Born To Fight, but also sold on my UK PAL Tape of Mayhem which was pretty reasonable as well.
